Since some people miss this dialogue, I uploaded a video of Ulfric discussing his childhood at High Hrothgar, why he left, and how he came to be Jarl of Eastmarch.
It’s a rare glimpse of vulnerability as he talks about disappointing Arngeir. Vladimir Kulich did a great job capturing this in the voice acting.
